Welcome to our Reformer Yoga & Pilates fusion class—a warm, welcoming space where the mindful flow of Yoga meets the precise, full-body challenge of Pilates. Whether you’re brand new to movement practice or looking to deepen your fitness routine, our class is designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and aligned from head to toe.

Our sessions combine the spring-loaded resistance of the Reformer with Yoga’s emphasis on breath, balance, and flexibility. You’ll experience enhanced core activation and joint stabilisation as you move through controlled, intentional exercises that engage your deepest abdominal, back, and pelvic-floor muscles—building a stable foundation for every posture and movement. Meanwhile, Yoga-inspired stretches and mindful breathing techniques deepen your flexibility, foster relaxation, and cultivate mental focus, so you finish each class feeling both invigorated and at ease.

Reformer Yogalates is renowned for its ability to improve posture and alleviate back issues by strengthening the muscles that support your spine. 💓 IMPORTANT:
– Sign-in at Fitness First Reception on ground floor (to left) when entering the building.
– Please arrive on time, as late entry isn’t permitted for safety. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and get ready. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to see you!
– You’ll need **Reformer grip socks** for class. Feel free to bring your own or grab a pair from £5 at the Studio or from our Shop. No socks, no class!

🅿️ FREE PARKING
– Parking can be busy at peak times—so please give yourself time to park.
– Parking is Free for up to 2 hours. If staying longer at the coffee shop please input your car registration at the Fitness First reception screen and it will be free for the remainder of your time in the building.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.
