Whether you are brand new to the Reformer or simply seeking a slower, more mindful full-body workout, Foundations & Flow is the perfect fit. This class focuses on the essential core principles, helping you build confidence on the equipment whilst moving at a relaxed, steady pace. Expect clear, step-by-step guidance, fundamental exercises to build core strength, and fluid movements designed to release physical tension. Ideal for complete beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone craving a restorative session to stretch, unwind, and lengthen.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANCY

💓 IMPORTANT:
– Sign-in at Fitness First Reception on ground floor (to left) when entering the building.
– Please arrive on time, as late entry isn’t permitted for safety. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and get ready. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to see you!
– You’ll need **Reformer grip socks** for class. Feel free to bring your own or grab a pair from £5 at the Studio or from our Shop. No socks, no class!
