Tai Chi 8 Methods 5 Steps (BaFa WuBu) is a simplified Tai Chi form that integrates eight essential techniques and five fundamental stances. This practice enhances balance, coordination, and flexibility, while promoting relaxation and mental focus. Suitable for all ages, it improves cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and overall well-being – Including: Eight Brocades Qigong (Ba Duan Jin).
