Join us for a friendly and supportive *5-week Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong course*, starting 10 January. This course gently introduces the basic movements and principles of Tai Chi and Qigong through slow, flowing exercises that support both body and mind. You’ll gradually build balance, flexibility, and a sense of calm in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to practice, each session focuses on mindful movement, easy breathing, and simple techniques you can enjoy at your own pace. By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong foundation and feel more confident in your practice.

– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.

This course is offered as a full 5-week program. Bookings are for the complete course; missed sessions cannot be carried over or made up, and course fees are non-refundable.
