Over five supportive and welcoming weeks, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga in a way that feels accessible, enjoyable, and genuinely useful for daily life. We’ll explore gentle movement, simple breathing techniques, and moments of calm focus to help you feel more comfortable in your body and more at ease in your mind.

You’ll begin to understand how yoga postures can improve flexibility, strengthen muscles and joints, and support better posture — ideal for easing everyday aches, stiffness, and tension. Alongside this, we’ll introduce short meditation and relaxation practices to help manage stress, boost energy levels, and encourage deeper, more restful sleep.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wanting to build confidence and good habits from the ground up, this course offers a nurturing space to learn at your own pace — no pressure, no expectations.

– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.

This course is offered as a full 5-week program. Bookings are for the complete course; missed sessions cannot be carried over or made up, and course fees are non-refundable.
