Join us this Sunday for a free 30 minute run-through of the full Eight Brocades health qigong sequence, including taichi qigong warm up and cool down. Please note: this is a practice of the full sequence rather than a class.
Regular practice is believed to improve organ function and both physical and mental health and wellbeing. A daily 12 minute practice for people of all ages and ability.
