哈達瑜伽  Lv1
適合所有初學者,較詳細講解每個動作的技巧,當中的vinyasa flow較Level 2慢,其強度亦較溫和。「Ha」是指太陽,「tha」是指月亮,所以Hatha一字有陰陽互配調和意思,當中包括動態和靜態的式子。透過一系列剛柔並重的式子,助你提升柔軟度、身體力量和改善姿勢之餘;同時透過呼吸練習達至身心平衡、心境平和。

Hatha Lv1 concentrates on the practice of postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to energize the body and mind. It's Vinyasa flow is slower than Hatha Vinyasa Lv2.
This class is suitable for beginner to build strength and improve flexibility.
