An active, dynamic, and versatile mat practice, Vinyasa Yoga will teach you to move with intention, focus, and grace.
Learn to flow through hybrid yoga sequences designed to make you stronger, more mobile and flexible, and more in-control of your body and your presence of mind.
๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ฎ: This level gives you the option to practice intermediate and advanced poses, such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Beginner-level participants may opt out of this intermediate practice, and instead focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with dynamic Vinyasa sequences.
