Creator of Yoga Room, Bea has 500Hrs + of Yoga Training, Circle Training and Fitness Class Instruction. She is also Certified in Breath facilitation. She has instructed Fitness and Yoga for over 25 Years. Teaching for Hospitals, Nursing homes, Gyms, at Retreats and Privates. She loves Sharing the Gift of Yoga! Yoga is one of her Passions!

Description

In this one hour class, Bea will guide you through her own hybrid style of Yoga. She will include breathing practices to encourage healthy, lungs, yoga movement, including both holding postures, along with Floy exciting movement to help and strengthening the body. Also included in most classes are balanced, postures for stability and back and core strength. Add in some slow Pilates type floor movements, and you have. Breathe…Move…Rest.
Class will end with a peaceful Chasan to include an inspirational reading or meditation, and possibly sound therapy occasionally.
Class is one hour long
