Creator of Yoga Room, Bea has 500Hrs + of Yoga Training, Circle Training and Fitness Class Instruction. She is also Certified in Breath facilitation.
She has instructed Fitness and Yoga for over 25 Years. Teaching for Hospitals, Nursing homes, Gyms, at Retreats and Privates. She loves Sharing the Gift of Yoga! Yoga is one of her Passions!
Description
In this one hour class, Bea will guide you thru a series of movement to bring easy stretching and yet strengthing of the muscle. Each Class is different weekly. ALL are Beginner Friendly. She will include breathing practices to encourage healthy, lungs, yoga movement, including both holding postures along with flow, exciting movement to help and strengthening the body. Also included in some classes are balance postures for stability back and core strength. Add in slow Pilates type floor movements sometimes and you have Breathe…Move…Rest.
Class will end with a peaceful Savasana to include an inspirational reading or meditation and of course that lavender cloth.
