Description
Level:
Mixed Ability, open to all.
Structure:
This session focuses on meditation and breathing, with minimal guidance to support participants in turning inward and deepening their meditation practice.
There is no postural yoga, apart from a few simple resting moments between meditation and breathing.
We may also recommend optional journaling as a way to reflect on the experience.
