In this class we move into Parsvakonasana. It is easy to move around the tension in this pose, so we move slow, taking the pose apart into little pieces, for every piece trying to pursuade the bode to move into the stiff areas, instead of around it, and to soften there. The class starts relaxed by lying on the roll for the mid-back, and ends quite strong with some standing poses. Enjoy!

Tools: You will need a felt mat, a strip, block, and we use two small cork blocks. Some thick books or anything else a similar size that is not too soft might work as well.
