Trikonasana

In this class we move towards Trikonasana, but the approach this time is not the placement of the core, but the twist that trikonasana has in it. It makes for a relaxing class, but it ends more active with standing poses. If you are able to keep the breath in both your belly and chest, you might find that you can stay pretty relaxed, even in Trikonasana.
