This is a lesson about the lower back. Sometimes there can be a lot of tightness in this area. This can have several causes, but it is often related to our core muscles. When we don't use our core muscles , the body starts to compensate, especially when we feel tension somewhere.
Ideally, weight is distributed evenly through the spine, allowing everything to function properly. However, due to our daily habits and activities, the body can become misaligned. These influences can be both physical and mental. When we breathe properly, the diaphragm moves downward and connects with the transverse abdominal muscle, activating the core. When the core is engaged, the core and back muscles can work together effectively.
