In this class we search for neutral in the lower back in downward facing dog and warrior 3. We have the help from one leg here: we lift it to help push the lower back into its natural curve. We start on the thin roll for the lower back, then look into the technique in detail. To end with a little flow. Trying to befriend our body the whole time, instead of fighting or ignoring it.

Tools: felt mat, strip or belt, block and headstander (or any other stool or chair).
