A traditional yoga class which will incorporate postures, breathing, meditation and a guided relaxation with the added bonus that our practices will help stop the scourge of human trafficking. All proceeds to YogaStopsTraffick.
We are delighted to join with other studios, teachers and YogaStopsTraffick to make this a special class where Yoga can help in a very practical way to prevent others from suffering.
