You choose whether to keep your practice more mat based or make use of a chair for some or all the class. Chairs are used at various times to experience yoga poses in new ways.
Content is selected to enhance your strength, stability, and range of motion but also to develop skills to support a sense of ease and calm.
In addition to your mat, you may wish to have with you a few other yoga aids such as a blanket or yoga blocks if you have them.
Students can choose to practice online at home or at the studio with Ruth (max 8) for the class. All are welcome!
