Students can choose to follow along with the live class via Zoom or come in person to the studio for more individual support and attention. Follow the link below to Orange Yoga timetable, and find the Wed 10am class. Select either Studio or Zoom.
You choose whether to keep your practice more mat based or make use of a chair for some or all the class as options will be given for either.
Content is selected to enhance your strength, stability, and range of motion but also to develop skills to support a sense of ease and calm.
