Join us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath on Wednesday at 11:00am
The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities.
We will meet at 11:00am outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 11.05 to walk into the heath and find a spot to practice on the heath. Please message me if you are running late. 07740 300 557.
Bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on, a bottle of water and some sunscreen!
Cancellation Policy
This class has a 12 hour cancellation policy. To receive a refund or credit you must cancel within 12 hours of the class. If the weather is bad the class will be cancelled and you can use your credit for a future week or request a refund.

Please ensure to keep 2 meters distance between yourself and the next person.
