Join us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath this Sunday at 11am. If you fancy a cold swim in the pond afterwards I am tempted to go, so message me to arrange this.

The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities.

We will meet at 11am outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 11.05pm to walk into the heath and find a spot to practice on the heath. Please message me if you are running late. 07740 300 557.

Bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on, a bottle of water and some sunscreen!

Cancellation Policy
This class has a 12 hour cancellation policy. To receive a refund or credit you must cancel within 12 hours of the class. If the weather is bad the class will be cancelled and you can use your credit for a future week or request a refund.
