Join me for a challenging 💪 20 minute core workout class. We start with 2 minutes of stretching, followed by laying and seated core, plank variations and finishing with another 2 minutes of stretching. Go as far as you can! You can start with just the first laying part and build up to add in some of the planks.​​​​​​​​
