Join us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath this Thursday at 6.55pm. The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities. We will meet at 6.55pm outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 7pm to walk into the heath and find a spot to practice on the heath.

If you would like to swim with us before the class, we will be joining the Free Flow 5.30pm session at the ladies pond. We will join the queue at 5.15pm. Please message me on Whatsapp if you would like to join us for the swim. My number is 07740300557
