This is a mixed level class open to all levels of student from beginner to intermediate level. The class will be adapted to suit the students in the room

Options will be given throughout the class to take easier or more challenging variations of poses and sequences. This is a great class to progress from beginner to intermediate level by playing around with the more challenging options that are offered.

It is suitable for complete beginners that do not have any current injuries. Please join the beginners class first at 8pm if you are working with any injuries.
