Live online meditation class suitable for all levels of meditator, from complete beginner to regular practitioner.
During this challenging period of life we are all going through, meditation will be a great life tool to calm anxiety, reduce your stress, find some quiet time away from family or other household members, enhance self awareness and compassion for others and find a sense of inner peace.
I have a regular morning meditation practice that I started when I couldn't physically practice yoga anymore due to injury. It was a life changer for me. Gave me the ability to keep calm and steady when things around me were stressful and in chaos. I had practiced for a few years a couple of times a week, but it's now a daily ritual that I wouldn't miss. I'd love to share this with you to help you through this difficult time.
We will start with pranayama (breathing) to centre and ground, moving on to techniques to learn to concentrate first and then meditation.
