"YOUR NHS NEEDS YOU !!! - FUNDRAISER FOR VISOR ARMY"
Please join me for a donation based yin yoga class on Wednesday 29th April at 6:30pm to raise as much money as possible for the production of PPE Visors. 100% of the proceeds will go to materials for making the PPE visors.
The class will be a slow paced yoga class, with the style of yoga called "Yin Yoga". This is a very relaxing form of yoga, involving only seated and laying yoga stretches, held for a few minutes at a time. You don't need any experience to join the class, and if you don't have a yoga mat, you can use carpet or a rug.

Our NHS and Care Workers need our support more than ever before. Please donate whatever you can to support them so that "Visor Army" can continue to produce the visors.
"Visor Army" are a community of thousands of volunteers across London who are sourcing materials for the visors, making the visors by hand, and delivering them to London hospitals.
The single use NHS specification visor they are making, that has been designed by an NHS Doctor, costs less than 50p/visor and could save the lives of many NHS Heroes. £10 will pay for a minimum of 25 visors, £100 for 275 and £500 will make 1,375.
