12:00 - 12:45pm UK Time - Live online Desk / Chair Based yoga class via ZOOM for all levels of student.
Please BOOK the class in advance, at least 20 MINS before the class starts and join the class at least 5 minutes before so that we can start class on time. I will send out the meeting link via email 10-15 minutes before the class start time.
INSTALL ZOOM on your computer/ phone. It's completely free. 15 minutes before the class starts I will email out the meeting link for the class to those that have booked.
If you book after 15 minutes, please contact me directly for the link by texting on Whatsapp. I am unable to answer calls or normal texts whilst I am setting up the class. My number is 07740300557.
This will be a seated chair based yoga class, to include upper body stretches for the arms, chest, shoulders and spine, some seated core exercises, a few standing yoga poses and some seated leg stretches. Suitable for all bodies, all levels, beginners to advanced, anybody who just wants to move their body and learn some stretches they can do at their desk anytime.
Options will be given throughout the class to take easier or more challenging variations of poses and sequences according to your level
