Description
Join us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath.
To comply with government guidelines and please ensure social distancing of 2 metres between each mat.
The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities.
We will meet by 10.15 outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 10.20 to walk into the heath and find a shaded spot to practice on the heath. Please message me if you are running late. 07740 300 557.
Bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on, a bottle of water and some sunscreen!
