A 20 minute Core Workout Class. Add ankle weights if you have them for an extra burn. We will work through numerous core exercises to get your core stronger and fired up. Expect to work hard and feel the burn!

Options will be given for different levels, but this class is not suitable for anyone with back injuries - please contact me if you aren't sure if this class is suitable for you.

The class is FREE, so you can build up to be able to do the full class, and start with 5 or ten minutes of the class.
