Join us for an energising yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath at 12:00pm

The class will be an all levels vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities.

We will meet at 12:00 outside the Freemasons Arms Pub on Downshire Hill. Please be on time as we will leave at 12:05 to walk into the heath and find a shaded spot to practice on the heath. Please message me if you are running late. 07740 300 557.

Bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on, a bottle of water and some sunscreen!

I often end the class with a swim in the pond for those want to join! I'm not sure when the mixed pond is opening - but once it is we can freshen up after class with a cold swim!

Cancellation Policy
This class has a 12 hour cancellation policy. To receive a refund or credit you must cancel within 12 hours of the class. If the weather is bad the class will be cancelled and you can use your credit for a future week or request a refund.

Covid 19 Guidance
Please ensure to keep 2 meters distance between yourself and the next person. Classes will be limited to 15 per class.
