20 Minute Abs Workout - Plank Variations Free

A challenging 20 minute core workout class. We start with 2 minutes of stretching, followed by 8 minutes of laying and seated core, building up to 7 minutes of various planks and finishing with another 2 minutes of stretching. Go as far as you can! You can start with just the first laying part and build up to add in some of the planks until you can complete the whole 20 minute.

Options are given to take things at different levels too, so if you are a beginner you can take the easier option and as you get stronger you can take the harder options.
