Description
We will start the class with a few gentle movements and rotations in the joints and then settle in to various restorative postures which we hold for 5-10 minutes. The focus is on being comfortable and relaxed. When we teach our body how to relax in restorative yoga we can use that knowledge to help us fall asleep easier or to calm down in stressful situations.
Suitable for: all levels - including beginners, decrease stress levels & high blood pressure, improve insomnia
