Sunset Beach Yoga & Sea Swim

We will meet at Tide Mills car park (in between Newhaven and Seaford, you will receive exact directions upon booking) and then wander over to the spot together.
The yoga class will be an hour and held next to the beach.
It will be a gentle and calming practice, perfect for a Sunday evening. We will focus on stretching out the large muscles and release tension both from body and mind.

The swim itself is completely optional and you are more than welcome to just sit on the beach and soak up the gorgeous sunset next to the warming fire.

I will bring some post yoga/swim snacks for all of us to enjoy on the beach, including marshmallows to go on the fire, so feel free to bring a flask of tea and join me.

It is £12 for the evening or £20 for two friends
