Gentle Flow & Guided Meditation - Wivelsfield Church Hall

Description

This class starts off in a similar style to the other gentle flow classes. Moving in a way that feels good in the body, stretches out commonly tight muscles and preparing us for the meditation part by making sure the body feels as comfortable as possible.

A special focus will be placed on undoing tension that easily occurs from modern life. Meaning we will work on mobilising the spine, open the chest and improve blood flow to the hips and legs.

We finish the class with different types of breathing and mindfulness exercises and/or guided meditations. These can all be done seated or lying down so bring a blanket to sit on or to wrap around you to stay warm and comfortable.

For this class bring your own mat and yoga block (if you don't have your own, email me and I will bring it for you) and blanket

Suitable for all levels & age groups – especially beginners & anyone with anxiety or physical obstacles
Great for improving mobility and joint health
