Description

A slow, nourishing way to begin the weekend. This class is all about moving gently, waking the body up with care, and creating space to breathe and just be.

We’ll begin lying down, easing out the stiffness of sleep with soft stretches, gentle twists, and fluid movements that invite openness into the spine, hips, and shoulders. As the body begins to feel more awake, we’ll move through a few simple standing flows — all adaptable and at your pace.

The class will be focused on breath, presence, and how the body feels moment to moment. A class to help you feel grounded, centred, and quietly energised — ready for whatever the rest of the weekend holds.

For this class bring your own mat and yoga block (if you don't have your own, email me and I will bring it for you)
