Its my birthday!

And for the last 5 years I have gone for a sunrise swim and this year I'd love it if some of you wanted to join me.

There is no real need to "book" or let me know if you're coming.
To clarify, there won't any yoga and there is of course no charge, just hoping some of you may want to join.

I'll be arriving at Tide Mills car park at 5 am, walk down to the beach and go for a swim. I'll also bring some tea to enjoy afterwards, so feel free to join me for that too.
