Starting on the 23rd of May.
Most people will at some point in their life suffer from a sore back. There is of course an infinite number of reasons for this, and no single posture or movement that will magically fix everyone.
But during these 3 weeks we will go through gentle yet effective yoga practices tailored specifically for sore backs, both to alleviate any current tension and avoid future strain.
Each session will be thoughtfully crafted to offer a blend of soothing stretches, supportive postures, and mindful breathing techniques. Using movements designed to ease tension and promote flexibility in the back muscles.
But this isn't just about physical exercises; it's about empowering us to understand your body better. In each class we will discuss potential causes and solutions, we'll learn to tune into the body's signals, gaining insight into what it needs to thrive.
We will also look into the role that the mind and the nervous system plays in regards to tense muscles and our pain threshold.
Whether you're dealing with ongoing discomfort or simply looking to prevent future issues, This course offers a welcoming space to support your journey toward greater well-being.
£30 for the 3 weeks

The course needs to be paid in full at the time of booking.
If you cancel more than 3 days ahead of the course start you will get the full amount credited back to your account with Yoga with Ylva. No credit refunds within 3 days. No cash refunds.
