Description

For two hours we will dive into how to create a yoga practice at home.

When my yoga journey started, I just like so many others, struggled finding the time, money and confidence to go to a yoga studio several times a week. Learning how to practice yoga at home was therefore essential for me to carry on reaping the benefits of this practice. However, not seeing a teacher might mean you are not getting as much out of it as you could.
This workshop is created to serve all of you so that more people can practice more and better yoga, which in turn leads to a better world ;).
This is perfect for anyone who already practices yoga at home but sometimes misses the connection you get when doing yoga with other people, as well as for anyone who wishes to start doing yoga at home.

We will start with some gentle stretches for the whole body guided by me, and finish with free flow yoga, where you create any shapes, movement and poses yourself that feels good to you.

In between and throughout you will learn what to think about when creating a yoga practice for yourself. How to start out, fill the middle out and how to finish. You will learn about building up to poses and cooling down afterwards. How to use different styles, poses and body parts to get what you want out of yoga that particular day. During the whole workshop I will give you all personalized tips and attention and will throughout be open to any questions or queries! There will also be tea and snacks!

If you have any questions, send me a message! Payment occurs at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
