Summer Special

This weekly class will be available for the summer months as a treat and an opportunity to slow down and check in with ourselves. The summer is traditionally a time where we focus our attention on the outer world, usually in lovely ways, such as spending more time with friends and family, spending more time outside, attending events and gathering.

This class will then bring the opportunity to balance the scales somewhat, to take some time with just ourselves. The main focus will be to reduce stress and soothe the nervous system with mindful, intentional movement, breathing and meditation.

These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to balance strength and flexibility whilst also slowing down the mind and our whole view to life. Whether you feel limited by your body or are active somewhere else and want more holistic movement aimed at recovery and wellbeing.

For this class bring your own mat and yoga block (if you don't have your own, email me and I will bring it for you)

Suitable for all levels & age groups – especially beginners & anyone with anxiety or physical obstacles
Great for improving mobility and joint health
