Description

The human spine is made up of 33 vertebrae, each with several joints allowing us to twist and bend the spine both left and right as well as arching and rounding the spine. This means that the amount of movement we can create in and with the spine is almost endless. And this workshop will help you find that movement, unlock parts of your spine that feels stiff and immobile. This will be two hours filled with fun and playful movement, with exercises that you can take home, that will free up your spine. Having a spine that can move freely will lead to more freedom in the entire body, better posture, stronger muscles which can hold us upright meaning better blood flow, which leads to less tension headaches and more oxygen for the brain and of course, decrease back ache!

So join us for these 2 hours of fun, exploring your spine and your whole body!!

Workshop will include tea, snacks, exercises for the spine to take home, yoga poses and breathwork to strengthen muscles and increase oxygen and blood flow throughout the spine and the whole body

Perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogis
