Christmas and December are one of my favourite time of year, fully entering that state of cosiness, candles, blankets, cold noses and so on, I just can't get enough of it.
However, the cold and the darkness are really taxing for our system, and we need more rest and sleep. Due to the nature of Christmas, rest might feel very far away from your reality.

And that is why I am inviting you to this 3hrs workshop, filled with restful, rejuvenating and soulful yoga, snacks and teas! So that you can give yourself a moment to stop and check-in with yourself. This is the perfect workshop for you if you have spent a lot of time lately or over the last few years making sure everyone else is happy. And maybe you are slowly feeling how that is no longer sustainable or maybe even necessary. Giving back to ourselves and our bodies might feel difficult at first, but the benefits from a workshop like this one are instant. You will leave feeling happier, lighter and more in-tune with your body and self.

The workshop will start with a gentle yoga class, helping us to release tension (if you have done one of those stretchy full-body classes with me before, you know how amazing they make you feel inside-out!). We will then have a break with some delicious snacks (don't have a huge lunch before), teas and good company. Followed by the finale: a restorative yoga class with carefully picked out poses aimed at soothing the nervous system and help the whole body and mind to enter a state of relaxation and healing. This will be completely effortless, where you don't have to actively do anything, but just letting every cell in your body catch-up and quietly work away whilst you just breathe.
