Hello everyone!
Do you remember back in the day, when we were all allowed to see each other, go to yoga classes and we used to have this thing called Chillout Friday? A Friday afternoon/evening filled with the yummiest gentle movements, restorative poses and guided meditations I could think of?
Well, I thought we could do that again, without ever leaving the comfort of our own home!

During the lockdown, a lot of us would describe life as "having slowed down", which could lead us to not be as generous when giving ourselves the opportunity to rest. We might not feel like we deserve it, or like we have done much to need it. But despite not having to our usual errands or to-do list I think a lot of us are still experiencing some stress. Worry for the unknown if nothing else, and the unavoidable discomfort that arises with change.

Make sure you look after yourself, that you give your nervous system a rest once in a while, that you take time to fill up your own cup.
Now is the perfect time to improve your own health and wellbeing!
