As you might know, the mornings are my favourite time of the day.
It is this magical time where pretty much anything is possible, the day can go in any direction. It is not all luck, I do try quite hard to make my mornings luxurious. I try to include, morning light (whether it is sunny or cloudy this helps you sleep better), movement, stillness and a delicious breakfast.

I would love to share this with you guys!
This time we will focus on opening up through the neck, shoulders and upper back. Improving blood and oxygen flow to our brain will improve our energy levels and our mood for the rest of the day. We will through non-invasive technics loosen tight muscles and stiff joints, setting us up for a great day!

Included is:
*Delicious tea (my favourite tea in the whole world happens to be in season!)
*Gentle yoga class with movement focusing on the neck, shoulders and upper back this time (I am hoping to make this event a regular occurrence) - similar to the gentle morning flows we do 
*Healthy snacks (let me know of any allergies)
*An email sent out the night before of how to prepare for Your Perfect Saturday Morning

Make sure you look after yourself, take time to fill up your own cup.
Now is the perfect time to improve your own health and wellbeing!

Remember to bring your own mat and equipment

-Blanket
-Eye pillow or scarf to drape over eyes
