As you might know, the mornings are my favourite time of the day.
It is this magical time where pretty much anything is possible, the day can go in any direction. It is not all luck, I do try quite hard to make my mornings luxurious. I try to include, morning light (whether it is sunny or cloudy this helps you sleep better), movement, stillness and a delicious breakfast.

I would love to share this with you guys!
This time we will focus on opening up through the neck, shoulders and upper back. Improving blood and oxygen flow to our brain will improve our energy levels and our mood for the rest of the day. We will through non-invasive technics loosen tight muscles and stiff joints setting us up for a great day
