The perfect way to wake up the whole body, every joint and muscle will be stretched and moved. Improving blood flow through the whole body, setting you up for a day with more energy and focus.
A slower paced class, designed for recovery and mobilisation. By moving the body in a gentle way we improve our body awareness.
Which leads to a better understanding of how the body works, how small changes can have a big effect. Both in the way that our back feels when we are in the office as well as our stride when we are running for example. Improved body awareness also leads to a better understanding of our emotions, such as when we are hungry/full, tired and need rest or tired and need a walk.
These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to balance strength and flexibility. Whether you feel limited by your body or are active somewhere else
Suitable for all levels & age groups – especially beginners & anyone with anxiety or physical obstacles
