These classes are a creative exploration of the body. They are gentle and open to all levels of experience and all bodies. Designed to help everyone dive deeper into what their bodies are capable of. Taking the body through its full range of movement, building strength and resilience right at the end of the comfort zone which will help that zone expand.

During the class, we will often slow down, bring focus to a particular joint or muscle for maximum awareness and effect. There will also be moments of free exploration where we bring focus to our own body, experimenting where our limits and abilities lie, rebalance muscles, tendons and joints for a harmonious body that we enjoy moving and using.

Whilst not being a fitness class, these classes will focus on strengthening joints and small muscles, so you might feel a little bit sore (the good kind) the next few days.

Some fitness and body awareness can be helpful, but not necessary to be able to fully enjoy and safely move through the poses.

Perfect for anyone wanting to become more mobile, loosen tight joints and feel freer in their body.
