A slower-paced class, designed for recovery and mobilisation. By moving the body in a gentle way we improve our body awareness.

This leads to a better understanding of how the body works, how small changes can have a big effect. Both in the way that our back feels when we are in the office as well as our stride when we are running for example. Improved body awareness also leads to a better understanding of our emotions, such as when we are hungry/full, tired and need rest or tired and need a walk.

These classes are perfect for anyone looking to ease tensions, both physical and mental, we will gently loosen the body and de-stress the mind. Whether you feel limited by your body or are active somewhere else and want more holistic movement aimed at recovery and wellbeing.
