Highly experienced teacher in somatic movement, Yoga, dance and expression. Tanya encourages you to "work with what you've got", will guide you to feel your way into safe movement & postures, finding expansion, space and hopefully a little more physical freedom in your body, and peace in your heart and mind.
You will be challenged, definitely, you'll also get to rest, recover, laugh and smile. Her embodied approach will leave you to feeling great about yourself, and discover your fabulousflow!
With an incredible experiential understanding of biomechanics, she uses her skill as a movement reader, to bring out the best in students, giving them examples to imagine, corrections that work and the confidence to fall or fly!

π« Discover & practice a healthy, safe, challenging series of yoga postures. Adapted where necessary and accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity.
π« Whether you're newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all.
This class is great if you are:
π Returning after injury/illness/lapse in practice or exercise
π Particularly "stiff or in-flexible"
π A bit "out of shape" "beaten" or "broken"
π Want to stabilise/strengthen joints & improve core strength/stability
π Prefer a calm pace, to feel welcomed & challenged
π Really active (cyclists & runners) & need extra attention to hip/shoulder/hamstring/spine flexibility & mobility
π Suitable for all, including Beginners, Oldies, Newbies, Fit & Un-fit
"strengthen, lengthen & stabilise" + "calm, motivating, balancing, invigorating"
