The SHALA๐ก GARDEN ๐ป, although, fairly flat, has a little un-even ground, not unlike the park, be prepared. There are 2 CATS ๐๐who wander freely & although unlikely, they may lovingly interrupt your practice. The garden has been planted with bee ๐ & butterfly ๐ฆ friendly plants, this may also interrupt your practice. Please do advise, in advance of any precautions you may need to take.
โ๏ธ In the case of rain or bad weather, the session will run IN*DOORS with the doors open (dress to stay warm), or switch your class and practice LIVE, ON*LINE via zoom.
