MOVE - BREATHE and RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
๐ Level 1-2 class. Lots of familiar postures, with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting to body and mind
๐ Each session concludes with relaxation and/or seated meditation
๐ An "energising yet calm" series, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.
๐ Open level - mixed abilities
๐ Some experience suggested.
