Yoga for the Side Body

A vinyasa flow yoga class that emphasises opening through the side of the body. We start with a nice warm up, emphasising stretching through the lateral sheath. We then progress through some surya namaskars emphasising length through the side waist. After that, a series of standing postures are sequenced before peaking at parsa bakasana (the 'side crow').
